Why does doxo, and not my biller, appear as a charge in my bank account?
As an independent, all-in-one bill pay service, doxo processes payments to over 120,000 billers across the U.S. doxo funds the payments directly from your selected payment account (bank account or card) and then remits payment to your biller.
As a result, doxo’s name will often appear in the payment transaction record of your bank or card account. This is normal and indicates the payment was successfully funded.
Note that different banks and financial institutions show transaction records differently, so you may see “doxo – Biller name” or “doxobiller name” or “doxbiller name” or other variations depending on your financial institution.
If you ever have any questions or concerns about a transaction, you can review the payment details on your doxo account or reach out directly to the doxo User Support Team.
