What might cause my payment delivery to fail or the biller to return my payment without crediting my account?
There can be different factors that can cause a payment delivery to biller fail or the biller to return your payment without crediting your account.
Please check the payment details submitted by you to identify the right cause out of the following:
- Accidentally paid the wrong biller: This is the most common cause for a payment delivery to fail or the payment to be returned by the biller. Please carefully check the biller selected by you. Many billers might have similar names.
- Incorrect biller account info: The information entered about your account with biller like account number, registered email might be incorrect.
- Incorrect amount paid: Amount paid is different than the amount due with the biller.
