What if I’ve forgotten my password?

You can reset your password in just a few steps:

  1. Go to the Reset Password page and enter your email address.
  2. Click Reset Password.
  3. Check your email for a verification code.
  4. Enter the verification code on the password reset form and create a new password.

Note: If your email address was unverified, you’ll need to re-enter your payment account information after resetting your password.
