What happens if I make a duplicate payment by mistake?

To verify if you have made a duplicate payment, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your doxo account
  2. Select the Biller in question
  3. Select View Status

If the payment has not been withdrawn, you will have an option to Cancel Payment available at the bottom of the page.

If the payment has already been sent, your biller may track your overpayment and either credit your account, or process a return of funds.
