My payment shows it has been delivered to my biller but my account with the biller has not been credited yet. What may be the problem?

If your biller has not credited your account when you believe that they should have, there are a few things that you can do to troubleshoot.

  1. First, log in to your account and double check your Payment Delivery status. If the payment status page indicates that your payment has been delivered, reach out to your biller directly to see why they have not credited your account.
  2. Next, verify the Payment Details on your payment status page to confirm that you entered the correct account information for your biller when submitting your payment. If any of the account information is incorrect, that may slow down your biller in properly crediting your account. Also verify in the Payment Details that you paid the correct biller. Some billers have similar names.
