My payment shows it has been delivered to my biller but my account with the biller has not been credited yet. What may be the problem?
If your biller hasn’t credited your account when you expected, you can verify the payment status by viewing the Payment Details:
1. Log in to your account and go to your Bills list.
2. Click the biller’s name
3. Click View Activity History.
4. Click the document icon next to the activity of the payment.
Here you can see when your payment was expected to be delivered and whether it has been cashed by your biller.
• If it’s past the delivery date and the payment hasn’t been cashed, consider contacting your biller directly to ask how long it normally takes them to credit accounts.
• If the payment has been cashed but your account is not credited, contact our doxo User Support Team. We can reach out to the biller with you and provide proof that the payment was processed.
