Is it possible to edit an existing payment on doxo?

Yes, you can edit a scheduled payment as long as it has not started processing. You can update the amount, date, or payment method by following these steps:

1. Log into your account and go to your Bills list.
2. Click the biller’s name.
3. Click the document icon next to the activity of the payment.
4. If the payment is still pending, select Edit Payment, make your changes, and click Save.

If the payment has already begun processing, you’ll see that Edit Payment is unavailable. You may want to contact our doxo User Support Team for additional help.
