How do I manage my email notifications?
You can manage two types of emails from doxo:
- New feature notifications and promotional emails
- Bill reminder emails
Here’s how to manage them:
To update new feature notifications and promotional emails:
- Log in to your account and go to your Account Settings.
- Under Notification Settings click Edit.
- Uncheck New feature notifications and promotional emails.
- Click Save.
To update bill reminders:
- Log in to your account and go to your Bills list
- Click the due date icon next to the biller you want to update.
- To turn on reminders, check This bill has a regularly recurring due date, then edit Frequency and Next Due Date.
- To turn off reminders, check Don’t send a reminder for this Bill.
- Click Save.
