How do I disconnect from a provider?
If you have Paperless billing activated for a biller, you can disconnect the biller by following these steps:
- Log in to your account and go to your Bills list.
- Click the due date icon next to the biller you want to disconnect from.
- Click Remove from Bills List to disconnect the biller.
Important:
- If you have paid the biller on doxo in the last 6 months, doxo Support will need to remove the listing for you.
- If you have never made a payment to the biller on doxo, or it has been more than 6 months since your last payment, you can remove the biller yourself.
- Removing the biller will delete your doxo payment history for that biller, so be sure to save any important information before proceeding.
