How can I pay bills for free with my doxoPLUS subscription?
With doxoPLUS, you receive free payment delivery when you pay using an Approved Payment Method. Approved Payment Methods currently include ACH transfers from bank accounts and Covered Debit Cards.
Covered Debit Cards generally include debit cards issued by larger financial institutions that the Federal Reserve identifies as not exempt from debit-card interchange fee regulation standards (banks with more than $10B in assets). The Federal Reserve publishes information regarding issuers that are not exempt from debit-card interchange fee standards here: https://www.federalreserve.gov/paymentsystems/files/debitfees_nonexempt.pdf
Debit cards issued by exempt issuers, including smaller banks (banks with less than $10B in assets), credit cards, and other payment methods that are not Approved Payment Methods will have an applicable transaction fee.
Before you submit a payment, doxo will calculate and display any applicable transaction fee. If your selected payment method is not an Approved Payment Method, doxo will prompt you with the option to add or select an Approved Payment Method, if available, before completing your payment.
