How can I cancel a payment and get a refund?
Yes, you can edit a scheduled payment as long as it has not started processing. You can update the amount, date, or payment method by following these steps:
1. Log into your account and go to your Bills list.
2. Click the biller’s name.
3. Click the document icon next to the activity of the payment.
4. If the payment is still processing, select Edit Payment, make your changes, and click Save.
Note: If the payment has already been processed or cashed, your biller may be able to either credit your account, or issue a refund. In this case, you will need to contact your biller directly.
