Can I cancel a payment for a refund once the payment has been remitted to a biller?
Once payments are remitted (delivery to the biller has commenced), they cannot be canceled as the funds are already committed for the biller payment.
If a biller does not properly credit your account, you should always contact the doxo support so that we can help troubleshoot and correct the issue.
However, if a biller is ever unable to credit your account and returns the payment to doxo, you will be refunded for the payment.
