Can I cancel a payment for a refund once the payment has been remitted to a biller?
No, once a payment has been remitted, it cannot be canceled, as the funds are commited for the payment.
If your biller is unable to credit your account and returns the payment to doxo, you’ll receive a refund for that payment.
If the payment is not credited to your account, please contact doxo User Support Team, so we can investigate and work to resolve the issue.
