With doxo, Mountaineer Gas’ customers can now receive bills and other documents, organize account info, and make payments directly from their free, personal doxo account – online or via their iPhone or Android smartphone.

Each time a customer connects to Mountaineer Gas on doxo, their bills and account documents are automatically delivered directly to their free doxo digital file cabinet – which can then be accessed online or via the doxo mobile app. Documents can be printed or downloaded at anytime, and easily backed up to the customer’s own hard drive or cloud storage service. Customers receive emails to keep them informed about paperless delivery of their bills and account documents. Further, with doxoPAY, customers can quickly pay bills, or set up auto-pay with user-specified limits.
