doxo Adds Key Positions to Leadership Team to Support Continued Growth and Scale

Each year U.S. households spend over $4.61 trillion on recurring bill payments. While staying on top of these bills is the single largest determinant for consumer financial health, organizing and paying them can be a time-consuming and frustrating chore. Since its inception, doxo has been on a mission to simplify and reduce the anxiety of staying on top of bills, empowering consumers to improve their financial health. As consumers have shifted more bill payments online and to mobile, doxo has experienced rapid growth. As we look to accelerate our business even further, we are happy to announce that we have welcomed Sara Gregory as Vice President, People, and Rob Stone as Vice President Operations to the team, and have also promoted Kim Harle to Vice President, Consumer Growth!

Sara Gregory, Vice President People, doxo

Sara’s many years of experience building scalable talent acquisition and human resources teams will help set the stage for doxo’s next phase of growth.  As Vice President of People, Sara is responsible for talent acquisition and employee engagement across all parts of the company. Prior to doxo, Sara worked at Kymeta Corporation, a satellite communications company, where she served as Vice President, Human Resources. Before that, she worked at Intellectual Ventures as well as several software consulting firms. Sara holds a B.A. from the University of Idaho.

Rob Stone, Vice President Operations, doxo

Rob brings a decade of executive experience leading teams and building highly-scalable operational processes. As Vice President of Operations, Rob is responsible for doxo’s Directory and Payment Operations functions, maintains reporting and visibility to the company’s key performance metrics and serves as chief of staff to the CEO. Prior to doxo, Rob served as Vice President and General Manager, Operations at IT solution provider Zones. Before that, he worked at T-Mobile, Technicolor and The Walt Disney Company holding a range of positions oriented towards financial planning and analysis, business case development, opportunity valuation and cross-functional initiative management. Rob holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurial Studies from The UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Kim Harle, Vice President Consumer Growth, doxo

With over a decade of experience with consumer demand generation, Kim brings vast knowledge in acquisition strategies across multiple paid and non-paid channels. As Vice President of Consumer Growth, Kim is responsible for getting users to engage with doxo for the first time through paid media, search engine optimization, content marketing and all other acquisition channels. She also heads up doxo’s marketing analytics team. Prior to joining doxo, Kim was Senior Director of Media Buying and Data Science at System1, an advertising technology company.  Before that she was at Meteor Entertainment, a free-to-play games publisher, where she served as Chief Data Officer. Kim has held many roles in performance marketing and analytics, including positions within Microsoft Advertising,  Z2 Studios, Susquehanna International Group and Activision Blizzard. Kim holds a B.S. in Economics from the California Institute of Technology.
