Sr. UI/UX Designer

doxo is seeking a talented and passionate senior designer to drive the design and vision behind our business-facing offerings – from websites to emails to tool interfaces. You’ll be working with a talented team to deliver UI architecture, interaction flows, and visual design. Responsibilities

• Create elegant provider experiences and refine the interactions over time.
• Manage and pro-actively communicate status against a steady stream of projects.
• Design the interface and interactions for businesses on the doxo platform. This includes everything from working on the marketing site, enrollment pipeline, tools management, and email templates.
• Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns.
• Present your designs to marketing, product, and the executive team for review and feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UX and/or visual designer.
• A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating an ability to create user-focused solutions.
• Website design experience.
• Demonstrable expertise in the Adobe Suite of products. Ability to convey concepts via wireframe (Omnigraffle preferred) and rapid proto-typing.
