Hi Richard!

There sure is. Just click the "edit" button next to the file cabinet in the left nav and then drag and drop your groups and accounts/folders into any arrangement you'd like.

When will there be more vendors on line - I love the service but the thought of having to scan or download and then put it in your system takes away from the steps that I am trying to eliminate in my life

Hi Steve,

Thanks for checking out our blog.

You can search by subject for documents that have been filed into a folder (or by provider). Here's how:

Login and click "File Cabinet" from the left-hand column. Enter your keyword(s) in the "Search" text box and hit "Filter". You can clear your search by clicking "Clear Filter".

If I have filed a document into Doxo and later want to find it but I am not sure what folder it was stored into - is there any way to do a key word search on the document title or the document contents to find it ?

More than anything, I'd actually just like it as a shortcut to get to doxo.com. LOL, I guess I'm just a little too lazy to type in doxo.com. ;) But it would be nice to have a nice and pretty, easily accessible Doxo button on my new tab page - ready for me to access whenever I get a new bill to upload.

And I'm sure there's some additional functionality that can be built-in. I'm no programmer or developer, but it seems like these chrome apps can be a lot more than just bookmarks. I think they can be designed with backup functionality built right into them now. So users wouldn't even have to install the Doxo desktop app, they could just "install" the Chrome app, and it would automatically backup their files in the background. Springpadit.com uses similar functionality to backup user data with it's Springpad chrome app for offline functionality - and it's great!

And this isn't necessarily a chrome app suggestion, as it is a website functionality suggestion, but how about drag and drop file upload functionality for the website itself? For example, I know that Google Docs allows you to drag files from the desktop and drop them right into the browser for instant upload. And I think that functionality is supported with not only Chrome, but Firefox as well. I would love to see this functionality carried over to Doxo!

And I know you guys are busy developing, but one last request if I may: A Doxo android app? Pretty please with sugar on top :D

Keep up the awesome work. You guys rock!
