After you create your doxo Provider Account and are validated you get instant access to your doxo Control Panel. Your free trial allows you to Connect with individuals, deliver documents, send updates, and manage your Provider profile on doxo at no charge for 30 days. You can Connect with fellow employees, pilot customers, or whomever you choose, as you get familiar with the simplicity and benefits of doxo.
We don’t require a credit card during the trial, so you can try doxo obligation-free. If you decide not to start a doxo Connect Plan at the end of your free trial, your account will expire.
To protect you and your customers, we do a validation to ensure you are an authorized representative of your company. We also validate that every business that joins doxo is legitimate and in good standing.
Once you sign up for the trial, doxo will contact you with the additional info required for validation. For most companies, validation is complete in less than 24 hours.
During your free trial your company is not yet activated on the public doxo network, so you will not receive any Connect requests from your customers at large. During the trial, Connects can only be established via email invitation from you, so you completely control who can Connect with you. If you exit the trial without starting a doxo Connect Plan, your account will automatically be disconnected from these users.
Your doxo Account Executive will contact you during your trial. If you like the doxo experience, you can choose one of our Connect Plans and move forward to fully activate your account on the network. Your trial account will then become your permanent account (all of your Connects, documents delivered, will remain in the account), and you will be invoiced based on the Connect Plan you select.
Any business that has a persistent, ongoing relationship with customers can use doxo to increase interaction, drive paperless adoption, deliver documents, and receive payments. Each Connect request includes the account validation info you specify. Your business always reviews and approves each Connect request.
