How does the doxo 30-day Trial work?
After you create your doxo Provider Account and are validated you get instant access to your doxo Control Panel. Your free trial allows you to Connect with individuals, deliver documents, send updates, and manage your Provider profile on doxo at no charge for 30 days. You can Connect with fellow employees, pilot customers, or whomever you choose, as you get familiar with the simplicity and benefits of doxo.
We don’t require a credit card during the trial, so you can try doxo obligation-free. If you decide not to start a doxo Connect Plan at the end of your free trial, your account will expire.
Why do I need to be validated?
To protect you and your customers, we do a validation to ensure you are an authorized representative of your company. We also validate that every business that joins doxo is legitimate and in good standing.
Once you sign up for the trial, doxo will contact you with the additional info required for validation. For most companies, validation is complete in less than 24 hours.
How is my Trial “Private”?
During your free trial your company is not yet activated on the public doxo network, so you will not receive any Connect requests from your customers at large. During the trial, Connects can only be established via email invitation from you, so you completely control who can Connect with you. If you exit the trial without starting a doxo Connect Plan, your account will automatically be disconnected from these users.
What happens at trial end?
Your doxo Account Executive will contact you during your trial. If you like the doxo experience, you can choose one of our Connect Plans and move forward to fully activate your account on the network. Your trial account will then become your permanent account (all of your Connects, documents delivered, will remain in the account), and you will be invoiced based on the Connect Plan you select.
What type of businesses can use doxo?
Any business that has a persistent, ongoing relationship with customers can use doxo to increase interaction, drive paperless adoption, deliver documents, and receive payments. Businesses using doxo span all types of industries – utilities, telecom, cable/satellite, banks, credit unions, insurance, physicians and hospitals, government organizations, non-profits, and many more.
doxo is not designed for businesses that do individual retail or episodic transactions with customers. We have nothing against these types of businesses – they are just not the focus of our service.
What are Connects on doxo?
A Connect means a customer that Connects to your business on doxo. To Connect, customers send you Connect requests from their personal doxo account online or from their mobile phone. Each Connect request includes the account validation info you specify. Your business always reviews and approves each Connect request.
Each time you Connect with a customer on doxo you can turn off paper mail for that user, send documents directly into their online digital file cabinet and mobile app, receive payments via doxoPAY, and conduct other interactions. Your business saves money every time you Connect with a customer by eliminating the expense of paper mail, accelerating collections, and dramatically reducing processing costs.
The only businesses that can send documents to a users’ doxo account are those that user has Connected with, so there’s zero junk mail on doxo to distract and clutter up your customers’ lives.
How do doxo Plans work?
Your doxo Account Executive will discuss your needs and objectives with you and deliver pricing for you to review. With doxo Plans, we work with you to provide features and capacity based on the size of your business and the anticipated pace of your growth on doxo.
Our Plans provide unlimited documents and payments for each Connected customer. From “day 1″ on doxo, most businesses save 75% or more on the cost of delivering documents and receiving payments for each Connect. Your savings grow ever larger as you grow your Connects.
doxo Plans bill annually and then “as needed” if your capacity requirements change.
